Do you tend to wake up and immediately look at your phone? I was guilty of this habit for a long time!
Then I decided to get a good ol' alarm clock and moved my phone out of my bedroom. This is helpful to avoid excess EMF exposure and also less tempting to browse and overstimulate the brain during rest hours.
The morning moments are so sacred as our bodies ease into their wake state. It's easy to rush into the day and step into 'GO' mode. I invite you to use this autumn season with darker mornings to slow down and nourish your body on all levels (even if it's just for a few delicious moments).
