We do ask that you adequately hydrate yourself pre/post your sauna session. We provide you with water for your session, and will have tea/mocktails for you to enjoy your sauna appointment.
We do suggest to keep your skin free of lotion, makeup and any fragrances/perfumes to maximize your experience.
