I did mention a prompt from Chapter Three to consider to explore from page 85:

Exercise: Assessing Your Meaning of the Feminine

You can use this as a meditation or journaling prompt.. Questions for reflections:

  1. List all the things that you associate with being a woman.

  2. List all the things that you associate with being feminine.

  3. Reflect on the similarities and differences between these two lists.

    Questions for reflections:

    -Did you tend to list roles, issues, adjectives or parts of the body?

    -What does that imply about your view of womanhood and the feminine?

    -How are your lists similar? How are they different?

    -Is there anything listed that you want to change for yourself?

    -What do you need to support this change?

    -Is there anything you desire to add for yourself?

    -What is needed to bring this feminine aspect into your life?

    Something to weave into this…..

    As we are evolving and shifting in our perspectives during this transformational portal of the Wild Feminine, I invite you to cast the vision onto aspects of your relationship of woman and feminine aspects of yourself that you have yet to meet. The layers that are waiting to be revealed.

    As you explore this, invite in the admiration and inspiration you have towards other women. Who inspires you? What qualities do they exhibit that you are calling into embody into your own being? Let it all flow… It’s not comparison, but rather celebration and reverence towards them that reflects back to you.
