*Important note about our coconut! We used to have a 100% coconut powder, but since FDA regulations began to prohibit this due to the high rancidyfication process that occurs during transport, it was not considered safe. This happens to many coconut products as the fluctuations of temperature during transport hurts the coconut, therefore the shelf life. And we of course do not want to sell rancid Coconut!

Therefore by law, we had to add the minimum suggested quantity (1.5% per ingredient) for dried coconut. We use 1.5% of organic acacia bark and 1.5% of organic tapioca maltodextrin. We want you to know these percentages are often not written on the packaging and all brands importing like us have to have this percentage as ingredients per FDA importation laws.
