I am really honored that we are gathering together in this cocoon over the next month.

Below is your Day One Ritual.

Each day, you will receive an email with the Daily Ritual and everything will be linked together in a library where you can easily access and explore it (and maybe engage in conversation with our sweet group).

We will have our first LIVE call tomorrow @ 7pm EST. It will be less than one hour and will be nourishing and grounding.

I invite you to have a dedicated journal for this journey.

Please remember that everything is an invitation for you to explore within your own Rhythm and create your own Ritual with all of it.
