Join in on this yoga class specifically designed to open your awareness to the present moment.

In this 60-minute class, we aim to dig deeper in our meditation, different mindfulness techniques and exercises, as well as moving through different yoga postures.

We join together mind, body, and spirit and bring full awareness to our thought patterns, and our physical practice.
