🌿 Opening Ceremony with Kate
Kate will gently guide us into the evening with a sacred ceremony honoring the significance of the 8/8 Lion's Gate Portal. Together we will set heartfelt intentions for self-discovery, self-love, healing, and empowerment.
✨ Mindful Movement with Jennifer Byrne
Jennifer will lead a gentle movement practice designed to help open the body, quiet the mind, and prepare you to fully surrender into the evening's healing experience.
🎻 Yoga Nidra & Live Violin
As Jennifer's beautiful violin fills the air, she will guide you through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation, inviting profound relaxation and inner stillness.
🔔 Sound Healing Journey with Carolan Ammirata
Rest comfortably in the nest you've created while Carolan carries you through an immersive sound experience featuring quartz crystal singing bowls, drums, rain stick, and the soothing sounds of nature. This sound journey is designed to encourage deep relaxation, balance, and restoration.
🤍 Reiki-Infused Attunements
With your permission, Reiki-infused energy attunements will be offered throughout the sound journey to support your personal experience. Participation is entirely optional and always guided by your comfort and consent.
