4- Week Gentle and Restorative Yoga Series

After a busy season, invite a sense of stillness to move back within your body.

This yoga series is open to women and men and is ideal for any level of yoga experience. 

This is a relaxing and gentle practice exploring breathing exercises, postures and guided deep relaxation. 

During each class, you will explore the connection of body awareness while feeling supported with yoga blankets, blocks and bolsters. 

This yoga series is a healing tool for individuals in the process of healing from injury, illness or stress.

This series can help with:
-stress management
-anxiety
-depression
-difficulty with sleep
-back or neck pain
-joint pain
-multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease and other neurological issues
-chronic fatigue syndrome
-digestive issues including irritable bowel syndrome and colitis

This 4-week series is designed to nourish, restore and support your whole being.
