Helen Knight
Helen brings over two decades of deep spiritual work, intuitive mastery, and a devoted healing practice. Her path began in Chile where she got really sick with a mystery illness. With all doctors coming up empty handed, she discovered Reiki . It was her saving grace and took her to the Australian Outback, to the sacred Aboriginal lands where her intuition, psychic gifts, and “Dreamtime” awakened.
Helen ended up being guided to Boulder, CO where she launched her healing practice and taught Spirit Reiki. Her spiritual training spans global traditions—vision quests in Colombia, cacao priestess work in Guatemala, and years of leading plant medicine ceremonies.
Today, Helen’s work centers on guiding women back into the seat of their power: the womb. As a Womb Awakener and Mentor, she helps women reconnect to their intuitive knowing, embodied sovereignty and reclaim their divine feminine power. Her presence is deeply nourishing, transformational, and spiritually grounded.
Kate Strakosch
Kate is a gentle, grounding presence and a guide of seasonal wisdom, embodiment, and cyclical living.
