Restorative Yin Yoga Workshop

Connect with that quiet space in your mind and stillness in your body.

This peaceful and meditative practice emphasizes deep stretching to release tension and stress and restore the body.  

In this class, the postures are held for longer periods of time.

Props, bolsters and blankets are used to help your body naturally open up and relax.
