Dr. Hannah Anderson is the Director of Birthfit Cedar Rapids. She will be going over how to restore your postpartum body with mindful movement and nutrition. Some of things she wiill be going over include:
-functional movements to restore and strengthen your pelvic floor, the most effectives exercises after birth, TLC for your muscles and joints with Yoga Tune Up equipment, using nutrition to restore energy and decrease mood swings, eat to heal and repair your body after giving birth, how digestion changes after baby and how support yoni health and radiance.
