Connecting Beauty with Feminine Sexual Health

The Sanskrit name for a woman’s womb is known as ‘Yoni’.

This is all encompassing of the reproductive system: physically, emotionally and spiritually.

The womb is our connection to the very essence of what makes us women.

This space within a woman’s body is the “house” of our Sacred Seat: our center for creativity, flow and fluidity.

Join us for a fun and explorative workshop dedicated to Connecting Beauty with Feminine Sexual Health.

Together we will explore:

-Womb Wellness 101

-Herbs to Support Hormonal Balance

-Explore Self Care Tools for Radiance and Vitality

Workshop will be held by Kate Strakosch, a nutritionist and nourishment coach who believes in the inner and outer connection of wellness and radiance. She is the owner and founder of Sunshine Kate’s wellness center, with two locations in Wanamassa and Middletown, NJ.

She has a degree in whole-foods based nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Upon graduating, she expanded her education by becoming certified as a yoga instructor to understand the connection of movement and nourishment. Kate’s work deepened into understanding women’s health as she worked through her own hormonal distress with PCOS. This led her to dive into developing and offering womb wellness services in her practice. The services offered under this realm allow women to heal, restore, nourish and reconnect with their bodies on physical and emotional levels. Kate focuses on nourishment through connecting nutrition, movement, self-care and creativity.
