Jennifer has a BA in education and literary studies. Her academic studies include a concentration in transcendentalism and aestheticism. Her love of literature and writing, combined with her deeply rooted connection to her spiritual practice has helped writers of all ages tap into their inner, sacred dialogue.
Jennifer is a perpetual student, energy worker, and teacher.
"Awakening Your Future"
Jennifer will first guide us through aligning our energy centers and tapping into our authentic selves by raising our vibrational frequencies. She will use gentle movement geared to open each chakra center. She will guide and elevate each of us to the truest versions of ourselves. By awakening the greatest versions of ourselves, we will then manifest our futures through meditative writing. Through infinite gratitude, we will journal to create our path for growth in a joyful reality.

Her unique class comprises an innovative mix of yoga techniques and indigenous spiritual tools such as smudging, prayer, ritual, and meditation. Kate is skilled and gifted in bringing you practical guidance and inspiration for taking back vital energy while rediscovering happiness, health and wellness, from inside and out.

SACRED DANCE/MOVEMENT
with Ku’uipo Latonio
Ku' uipo is a spiritual leader in dance and movement. She is honoring us with accepting our invite to graciously solidify and bring our day to a beautiful close. Ku'uipo will encourage us to ground deeply into mother earth and sensual body frequencies, exploring and expanding our mysterious minds & diverse emotions and expressing the freedom of spirit. Each of us will tap into our own divine yoni wisdom and creative flow, while releasing barriers, judgement, comparison and unworthiness.
She will invite us to accept and receive the magic of nature to dance with us through the use of both hula and a free style movement called “Dancing the Elements”.
