PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS OR SMALL GROUPS
Private yoga sessions are beneficial for any level of a yoga practice. It can be a great start to begin a yoga practice, to expand on an established practice, to develop confidence, or fine-tune the many aspects including breathing exercises (pranayama), postures (asanas) and meditation (dhyana).
People come to me with many different needs: to address a current or past injury, to refine and deepen their understanding of a particular yoga asana, to learn relaxation and meditation tools, to learn how to slow down and support their bodies.
Together, we create your own practice, at your pace to nurture and nourish the body and mind.
Private Yoga Sessions are 60-Minute Customized Sessions
They are designed to encourage a sense of awareness and nourishment to the body, mind and soul.
Private Yoga and Small Group Classes are offered at Sunshine Kate's or in the comfort of your own home. Beach Yoga classes are offered seasonally.
YOGA FOR DIGESTIVE HEALTH
Do you commonly experience bloating, indigestion, chronic constipation, bad breath, irritable bowel syndrome or gas?
The digestive tract is one of the most important systems of the body. Most diseases are the result of weak or inefficient digestion. There are many reasons why digestive problems can occur. Some of them factors include environmental exposures, poor diet, lack of physical activity, sedentary lifestyle, stress, allergy to certain food products and improper eating habits.
Living with pain and digestion dysfunction can make daily life challenging.
Explore how yoga, breathing exercises and guided relaxation can restore and heal your body. This therapeutic session will explore using yoga as a tool to promote and support healthy digestion as well as increase energy in the body.
Yoga for Digestive Health is available for private sessions and small group classes.
GODDESS TO THE CORE: INSIDE OUT WORKOUT
This class is part of the Sierra Bender Empowerment Method.
It supports developing a sense of becoming more empowered physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
This is a 60-minute class for women that incorporates yoga, breath work, core energy techniques, free weights, and guided relaxation. It is a class that welcomes any level of yoga experience.
