On this waxing moon, we will share about the 4 archetypes of the menstrual cycle and menopause and how we express them in our life.

We will also do a meditation to connect with this archetypes and each participant will receive a Cauldron Energizer (Energy technique to send energy to the Womb Center)

Vanessa's bio: Through a unique upbringing and from a serious of expansive life experiences Vanessa learned how the feminine essence is often repressed and judged by our society. Much of her life journey has been focused on rediscovering the powerful and sacred feminine aspects that every woman has within. Her passion of empowering women has led her to travel the world and to learn techniques that will support women in their journey back to their authentic feminine nature. She is also the coordinator of Womb Blessing USA and Costa Rica, a global movement of over 100,000 women across 130 countries dedicated to awaken dormant aspects of the femininity. Vanessa believes our generation has the opportunity to redefine womanhood in an way that honors all the phases of the life cycles of women and mother earth.
