Taking care of yourself is not always easy, but can have profound consequences. Stephanie Siciliano, LCSW, RYT will guide you through an evening of spiritual healing by deepening the mind-body connection and releasing any “stuck” or painful emotions held in the body.
This Yoga Therapy Workshop open to all levels of yoga experience is done in a safe, nurturing environment and includes:
Guided meditation.
Breath work.
Healing movement and postures.
Journal writing.
Relaxation.
By cultivating awareness of our physical state and truly tapping into what is occurring within ourselves we are then able to experience an emotional release. Incorporating the mind and body allows us to process on an unconscious level, which helps us understand ourselves fully, process difficult emotions, and live in the present moment.
