What: Mindfulness Fundamentals is a class in how to use basic mindfulness tools to increase your happiness, reduce anxiety and create more connection in your relationships with a simple yet profound shift in becoming present.
Mindfulness is proven to be a tool that supports people in stress management, pain management, relationships, depression, anxiety, improves attention, increases impulse control/self regulation and mind/body connection.
