It’s hard to believe we are celebrating our 4th year of sweating it out and supporting whole body nourishment!

It’s been a journey and we would not have been able to do it without you! We have learned so much from you over the past 4 years.

Sweat Sessions Packages

300 minutes for $275. This can be broken down into time increments that work for your body: 20, 30, 45 minutes and packages can be used in both of our locations.

Cancellation Policy

Scheduled sessions are reserved just for you. We require 24 hours advance notice in order to cancel any session with no charge. Please be courteous and respectful of your session by providing the required notice.  If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. 

We recognize that life happens and things come up. We offer a one-time grace cancellation without penalty.

Any changes or cancellations made after the 24-hour window are subject to a charge.

If your session is part of a package, the allotted minutes of your session will be forfeited.

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the session, with full charges applied.

If you schedule an appointment and do not show for it, you will be charged a session fee or lose minutes from your package.

Enhancing your Sauna Experience

We are hydration advocates here.😊 We will keep you flowing while you visit us. But we do recommend that you also support hydrating your body pre-sauna and avoid drinking caffeine right before/during the session. This will dehydrate you and inhibit your kidneys from maximizing drainage in your body.

Our Mission and Your Experience

Our mission is to provide a relaxing and blissful environment for you to experience where you can step away from the hustle and bustle of your everyday responsibilities. We do ask that when you visit, you give yourself a few extra minutes pre/post your services so you are not stressed with time constraints. We do our best to keep appointment times running to schedule, but as we know, life happens and we may run a few minutes behind.

We always have water and tea for you to enjoy during your time with us.

Payment

Payment is required at the time services are booked and are subject to 6.625 % NJ state sales tax.  We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

At Sunshine Kate's, we strive to create a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  Please respect other guests right to privacy and relaxation by speaking quietly and silencing all electronics.

We also ask that you are mindful of not wearing fragrances and perfumes.

If you are not satisfied with your experience, please let us know prior to leaving the facility.  We will make every effort to accommodate you and ensure 100% satisfaction.
