Breathe in the mountain air. Stretch your body. Strap on your cowgirl boots and invoke your western cowgirl goddess as we awaken our senses through a retreat week devoted to divine self-care. 

Our Wyoming Women's Retreat is a time where we learn how to honor our inner wisdom, tune out from the daily routine and tune into the body's cravings while embracing the beauty of Pachamama.

Envision yourself awakening in the morning to wander outside for our daily yoga offering (open to every level of experience). The class combines breathwork, movement and meditation crafted together to re-energize, rejuvenate and nourish the whole body.

In between the rising and setting sun, we will explore the land on a variety of excursions including:

Women's Wellness Retreats in Abruzzo, Italy

In just a few short weeks, we  will embark on our next voyage back to the romantic and majestic land of Abruzzo, Italy.  

I feel so blessed to travel back to Abruzzo, Italy both in July and October of this year. 

These retreats are truly dedicated to awakening the senses, expanding the vision on what we want to experience in life while creating space to breathe, reflect, release and welcome in the new, and of course eat delicious food, drink homemade wine and embrace the local Italian lifestyle. 

This is the third year of facilitating retreats here and the fourth time visiting the Abruzzo Region.

My women's wellness retreats encompass adventure, self-care, movement, cooking classes, excursions and time devoted to reflection and manifestation.

If you are are a woman craving a week to refresh, renew and connect with inspiring women from across the globe, I invite you to come along!

The itinerary crafts together excursions to awaken your senses throughout the Abruzzo Region to explore the local culture along with plenty of time to recharge your mind and body.


The wellness week includes:

  • Enjoy lunch on a trabocco (a traditional fishing pier) and window shop in Vasto, a beautiful coastal town
  • Visit the bell foundry where the bells for the Vatican are made
  • Sample cheeses in a family owned cheese factory
  • Stretch your body in daily yoga classes (designed for every level of yoga experience, and completely optional)
  • Explore self-care rituals to integrate back home in daily life
  • Sunbathe under the sun and Moon bathe under the Italian moon

How to Become Clear on Setting Intentions and Manifesting What You Truly Desire in Life

As we flow from day to day, it is easy to get caught up in the daily grind. We wear many hats during the day, and we can lose sight of our deep desires and dreams as we stay focused on what is directly in front of us. 

Are you ready to discover the ways to create the life of your dreams? Now is the time! You deserve it! 

In order to start creating this new reality, it is important to become clear on what you want in life. How do you want to feel? What do you want to experience on a daily basis?

Begin by exploring a writing exercise with these questions. Let the answers flow with no judgement attached!

How to Live an Italian Inspired Lifestyle

I have just returned from running my annual women's wellness retreat in Abruzzo, Italy, and feel drawn to share some observations with you.

Every time I have traveled to the land of 'La Dolce Vita', I am amazed at the quality of life of those beautiful Italians.

They enjoy their food, they enjoy their wine, they eat gluten, they take naps, they stay up late and they are healthy and happy.


How do they do this?

ITALIANS TAKE TIME TO ENJOY LIFE

Italians relish mealtime. 

They don't take for granted the benefits of preparing and sitting to dine on their meals. They take deep pleasure in shopping, preparing and consuming food. They sit down to eat and they don't rush through meals. They gather around the table with friends and family.


Italians eat fresh food. 

Rather than heading to large grocery stores on a weekly basis, Italians make their daily visits to farm markets, butchers, fish markets and bakers for their daily meals. They consume a plethora of fish, vegetables, nuts, seeds and olive oil. Countries that follow the Mediterranean diet have been shown to have lower rates of heart disease and cancer.


Italians drink red wine on a daily basis. 

This is a daily glass consumed in moderation. Most of the local wine you can access in Italia is grown bio-dynamically, that means grown and made without the preservatives and chemicals that lead to headaches and hangovers.


Siestas, known as Riposos, are a non-negotiable.

 'During riposo, most public places such as shops, businesses, churches and some restaurants lock their doors and take a snooze or a long lunch. The hours vary during this time, and begins anywhere from noon to 4pm...sometimes even later... They rest and then reopen for the evening. When we stayed in the sea village 'Termoli', most businesses did not reopen until 6pm and didn't really come alive until after 9pm... 

Italians follow the biorhythms of resting and conserving energy midday.

I love witnessing the sacred rituals of mealtime, connection and living life in Italia. It inspires me and reminds that we can learn so much from this way of life.
