Terms & Conditions
Please plan to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled session. We hope you will also leave enough time after your treatment to enjoy a cup of warm organic tea.
Scheduled sessions are reserved just for you. We require 24 hours advance notice in order to cancel any session with no charge. Please be courteous and respectful of your session by providing the required notice. If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to a charge. If your session is part of a package, it will be forfeited. Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the session, with full charges applied.
Cancellation Policy of Retreats
1. Deposit is non-refundable. It can be transferred to another person for scheduled retreat.
2. Balance of retreat is due 40 days before start date.
3. Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
4. Within 14 days of your retreat, no refunds given. No exceptions.
Payment is required at the time services are booked and are subject to 6.625% NJ state sales tax. We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
