How to Create an Inner Flow Outer Glow Smoothie
Choose one base: 8-10oz of liquid per one serving
- Raw Coconut Water, Coconut Milk, Almond Milk, Rice Milk
- Greek Yogurt
- Green Tea
Add your greens:
- Kale 2 cups OR
- Spinach 2 cups OR
- Green powder (serving size is according to package)
Add your healthy fats, fiber & fruit:
- Coconut Oil or Almond Butter 1 TBSP
- Chia Seeds or Flax Meal 1 TBSP
- Fruit of choice (frozen or fresh) berries, banana, mango 1 cup
Add a boost:
- Bee Pollen (loaded with B vitamins, 22 amino acids, vitamin C)
- Cacao (#1 Superfood)-top antioxidant source, rich in minerals, aphrodisiac
- Maca-fuels endocrine system, increases endurance, improves circulatory system
Sweeten it up if you desire with honey and or cinnamon.
